Sure, as far as inspirational quotes from the Alchemist go, that one is ok. But it simply not as powerful as:
"He told himself he would have to start reading thicker books: they last longer, and made more comfortable pillows."
You're absolutely right. I'll have to find a way to work that into a blog post one of these days... ;)
